One of our favourite steaks at Hepburns, the ribeye has a lot going on. Grass-fed and with a nice amount of marbled fat, which in itself, help to keep the steak succulent, this cut will not let you down. And in order to get that perfect ‘crust’ the trick is to keep turning it in the pan and finish off by basting in butter. Delicious.
